This page is meant to support you with your club membership and questions you may have. If you do not find the answers you are looking for, you can also email a board member from this page, or contact our Head Coach, Judy. 


Q. How do I register? 

A. The first step is to contact our Head Coach to get a free assessment for your child. The Head Coach will then be able to tell you what group to register your child in. The second step is to visit this page and read through it before proceeding. This page has a lot of information that is important to know before registering. You can then follow the steps by clicking the button at the bottom of the page. 

Q. Can you help me understand the registration fees?  

A. Membership and Registration Fees will be charged on the day you register & are non-refundable. This charge includes the non-refundable SwimBC fees and insurance coverage. You will also be charged for the first and last month of your training at registration. The Group Fees document, will also help you understand the fees. 

Q. What if we need to withdraw from the Club? 

A. There are many reasons why families may need to adjust their membership. Please be sure you understand the commitment and the process for withdrawing outlined in our Club Handbook, most especially that the club requires a 30 day notice for deferment or cancellation. Q. How do I navigate the website? 

A. If you just need club information (registration, fees, group schedules, board, etc) then use the regular site navigation bars when NOT signed into your account. Once you are signed into the website, you will be looking through a different portal entirely. When you are signed in, you will be navigating through your personal account, your swimmer's results and times, and registration for upcoming events. So the key to navigating the website is to identify if you are signed in or not and whether you want to be! 

Q. Who do I contact for . . . ?

A. The last page of the club handbook describes board member roles. This will help you identify who to reach out to with a specific question. Board member contacts are here on the website. Also, our Social Coordinator is committed to helping connect families, so that person is a handy go-to. If you have questions about practices, schedules or your swimmer in particular, then please email your child's coach. If you are unsure how to reach your coach, then please email the head coach ([email protected]) and they will help point you in the right direction.
