Basic Registration Information


  • Check out this page to get an overview of the different club groups. 
  • It is recommended that new families email our coaches to have a free assesment done prior to registering to determine your group!
  • New Members please register with an email address you use for regular correspondence as this is our primary method of communication.


  • Please contact your coach to determine what group your child should register for, if you do not have their email, then reach out to the Head Coach.
  • Returning Members, please DO NOT create a new account! Email the Registrar if you cannot remember the email address you used for registration last year.
  • If you prefer to use a different email than the past, login with the original email and you can change/delete the email to your preferred email in the My Account section.


  • Mini Dolphins swimmers should start their registration process by selecting the appropriate session.



What else you should know before you register...

Group Schedules

  • Schedules are subject to change, you should recieve an email from your swimmer's coach with changes. Coaches also communicate through your swimmer. 

Fees and Charges

  • The fee chart is here and breaks down and explains the various charges for each group. Please note that regular registration fees include: first and last month, registration fee and membership fee. 
  • The membership and registration fees are non-refundable. This charge includes the non-refundable SwimBC fees and insurance coverage.
  • Your family's Monthly Training fees will be charged on the first of every month.
  • All other fees including Equipment, Travel, Meet Fees etc. will be charged as a separate transactions approximately 1 week before the end of each month. This is done so that it is clear what are training fees vs other fees each month.

Club Handbook

  • For information on club policies, financial and volunteer commitments, please refer to our club handbook.
  • This includes instructions on our processes and fees for leaving the club early. Please note, the club requires a 30 day notice for cancelling membership.
