Bryner enjoys coaching because he likes seeing success in the younger generations of swimmers and likes to pass on knowledge he gained from his own years as a swimmer on to his own groups. This year, he would like to help his groups understand how to swim smart rather than only hard. Technique is his main focus, however he believes that with commitment and hard-work, along with the technique, competitions like provincials or championships will come easier.
