Registration 2020-21

Open for Returning Members

8/25/20 - 7/31/21

Open for New Members

8/25/20 - 7/31/21

Welcome to the Edmonton Keyano Swim Club Electronic Registration platform for our upcoming swim season! We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and registration. The process is simple for both new and returning members. You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you to easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for volunteer jobs, see your swimmers' results, maintain your own contact information, and more.
Important notes for the registration process this season:
  1. Our payment processing is not done through the website; instead you will receive all invoices from Intuit / Quickbooks accounting software. Our website will still maintain all of your account and billing information, however, payment processing will be done via Quickbooks. This method of payment saved the club over $15,000 in 2019-20 - savings that always go back into keeping fees low and our programs the best in the business.
  2. Unfortunately, this system does not confirm your pool locations until after payment is received and a member is fully activated in the system. This is a website glitch that we cannot control, however, within 24hrs of registration Colleen Bannon will be issuing a Quickbooks invoice and payment system to your email address. Your Intuit / Quickbooks invoices will include your selected pool location. The Quickbooks invoice is your official invoice, so please forward any questions you have once you receive it.
  3. Membership deposits are required for each swimmer in the program, and are fully refundable at the end of your Keyano membership after all fees and commitments are completed. Any members not returning to Keyano in 2020-21 will have their deposits returned once the season's commitments and fees are reconciled after the season end, on August 31. For returning members, rolling your deposit forward will be shown on your registration invoice for your records, so you can see that your deposit is still held in trust for you.
Thank you for joining the  Edmonton Keyano Swim Club  - we are excited for another great season!
More about COVID-19 and the 2020-21 Season:
Success so far Over 140 swimmers have participated in Summer 2020 dryland or swim training; from all groups, Bronze to Sr National. Our coaches and members have done a super job of following daily procedures to keep us all healthy and we continue to adapt to new regulations as Alberta Health / AHS makes new annoucements.
Parent Meetings Before the start of the Season, we will be hosting online parent meetings for all development groups (Bronze, Silver, Gold) in order to go through all of the new safety protocols in place this season.
Health First We are striving to create as consistent and sure of a training schedule as possible for all groups, but we must all understand the pandemic will dictate when change is necessary. We put the health of our members and staff first, and have both a Safety Assessment Working Group and regular checks for new information from Alberta Health / AHS in place to ensure we are equipped to react as needed.
