YMCA of Greenwich Dryland Program - November 2020

The YMCA of Greenwich is excited to announce a 6 week dryland program designed to develop the athleticism of our young athletes.   This program emphasizes proper technique and safety to create stronger, less injury prone, more confident athletes.   Specific components include body weight training to build strength without bulk, exercises that emphasize coordination and flexibility, injury prevention, and takeaway knowledge about workout programs and nutrition.

The twice a week training program is designed by a team of wellness staff and aquatics coaches to ensure that workouts align with both weekly pool training and age-appropriate development.
