Senior Performance
Our Senior Performance group is designed for 13 & Over athletes whose primary sport is swimming. Along with their dedication they have distinguished themselves by achieving a competitive level that puts them in proximity of a National time standard (EZ Sectionals).
Practice and meet expectations
Practices are offered 6 days a week. SP swimmers also have Dryland training 4 times per week plus AM practice. Swimmers in this group are required to attend a minimum of 6 practices per week and participate in ALL Championship, Travel and local meets.
Swimming requirements
To be eligible for the SP group,
a swimmer must be within the following seconds of a Speedo Sectional qualifying time.
.4 of a 50
1 seconds of a 100
2 seconds of a 200
Distance events are distinguished by pace of standard and pace of athlete.

- Mesh Bag
- Fins
- Kick Board
- Pull Bouy
- Snorkle
- Tempo Trainer
- Speedo power paddle plus
- Drag Suit - Ladies can wear either a 2nd full suit or order a brief but 2 suits are required
- Team suit - Girls: Speedo Turnz Women's Solid One back in Speedo Navy, Boys: Speedo Men's Solid Endurance Jammer in Navy or Speedo Solid Endurance Brief in Navy
