Senior

Our Senior practice group is designed for 13 & Over athletes whose primary focus is a High School sport or other extracurricular activity and for athletes who require more focused technique training and conditioning to move up to the next practice group.

Practices are offered 5 days a week and offer both pool time and dry land practice.

To be eligible, a swimmer must be able to swim a minimum of 100 yards of each stroke and a 200 IM, with legal turns and strokes.

All group placement decisions are the discretion of the coaching staff.
