Upcoming Senior Events




Our Senior practice group is designed for 13 & Over athletes whose primary focus is a High School sport or other extracurricular activity and for athletes who require more focused technique training and conditioning to move up to the next practice group.


Practice and meet expectations

Practices are offered 5 days a week. Senior swimmers also have Dryland training 3 times per week. 


Swimming Requirements

Senior swimmers must be able to swim a minimum of 100 yards of each stroke and a 200 IM, with legal turns and strokes.


Gear Requirements: All Swimmers need a Water Bottle!
