  CAC will begin an Introduction to Competitive Swimming class on October 30th.  We are asking for everyone to spread the word, print out the flyer and hand out to anyone they thing would be interested.  This class is designed to get some kids that know how to swim, but maybe arent ready for a swim team.  Also, to get some 8 & unders in the water and get them ready to join the team.  We are running this class during November, and see how it goes.  If all goes...

Parents and Swimmers, Tonights practice start times have been moved back 30 minutes due to a HS meet.  Age Group 2 530-630 Age Group 1 530-700 Senior 530-700   Saturday and Monday are normal schedules.   We will be running some combined practices this weekend with the older and younger swimmers.

Congratulations to all CAC swimmers for their great swims on Saturday morning.  More importantly, all swimmers had fun cheering on their teammates during this fun meet, where the team was broken into 2 teams.  The relays were alot of fun having mixed girls and boys.   If anyone has pictures, they would like to submit for the website, please send a few over.
