A big thank you to all parents who volunteered today to make the 1st Annual Trophy Pentathlon meet a great success.  The coaches and parents from OAK and WHAT had great things to say about the meet today.   We are looking forward to the CAC Holiday Classic in December.  We have received confirmations from teams in CT and New England, so it should be another great CAC hosted swim meet.  We will need every family to help out with food donations and vulunteering during the weekend.  We are running...

CAC will be visiting the Preston Farms 15th Annual Cornfield Maze on Saturday, October 18th.  We will meet at 2:30 and start the maze around 3:00pm. There are 16 stamping stations to find (or not) and 3-5 miles to trek while enjoying some of the greatest classics ever produced. Set aside 2 hours for a whole lot of family fun! Congratulations to all participants of this year's USA Swim-A-Thon.  CAC raised over $7,200 this summer, with 28 participants.  CAC made a $700 donation to the Jimmy V Fund for cancer research and after the awards and fee's, CAC's final amount raised for the team was $5,170.  This money will be used for a new team computer, hytek licensing, dryland equipment, and other team equipment during the upcoming season.  On a final and very important note, CAC has received its non-profit status, which has been renewed and if anyone has company...
