Team caps can be purchased from a coach for $15.
The 2023 season team will not change.
Team Suit: Team suits should not be worn to practice. Team suits are required at all meets.
Practice suits are required to be worn at all practices. It is a good idea to purchase several practice suits for the season.
Team cap: Caps are required to be worn at both practice and meets for all swimmers with long hair. Team caps are required at meets. Caps are optional for swimmers with very short hair. Team caps with swimmer name are available for purchase ONLY at the start of the fall/winter season. Un-personalized team caps are available during the season from a coach.
Championship Suit: Championship suits are not required, although the coach may encourage older swimmers to wear championship suits at higher level meets.
Championship suits may not be worn at regular meets unless specified by the coach.
12/Under swimmers must confirm which suits are allowed. See the list of approved suits here:
13/Over swimmers may select a technical suit of their choice as long as it complies with FINA regulations.
Metro Swim Shop will offer a team discount on all championship suits.
Equipment: All swimmers should have a water bottle at practice.
All swimmers will need goggles (and an extra pair in their bag) a cap if they have long hair, and a kickboard.
8/Under, Panther Red & Grey, Senior & High School swimmers need fins.
Panther Red, Senior & High School swimmers need pull buoys.
Senior and High School swimmers will need paddles.
High School swimmers will need snorkels.
ALL EQUIPMENT MUST BE LABELED WITH SWIMMER NAME.
SWIMMERS MUST BRING THEIR EQUIPMENT TO AND FROM PRACTICE EVERY DAY IN A LABELLED MESH BAG. EQUIPMENT SHOULD NOT BE LEFT AT THE POOL.
