Dear Water Rats, Due to Yom Kippur practices for all training groups will be cancelled on Saturday, October 4th. There will be normal practice for the Senior Team on Friday, October 3rd, as well as a special FunFriday practice for the Age Group squads. Dear Water Rat Age Groupers, Starting Monday, October 6th, we will be incorporating fins into our practices. Please have your child bring fins and a water bottle to practice everyday. I have attached a link to the Speedo Power Fin which is the recommended fin to use, however any style fin works as long as they are long blade, not short blade. Swimmer of the Week - Week 3 Hailey Arman A 5th grader at Mill Hill School, Hailey is in her 3rd year with the Water Rats this year and is currently on the JAG1 squad. Hailey comes from a very athletic family, her older sister is on the Water Rat Senior Team and she has a brother who plays baseball in college.
