How to search for “members” on TU

Sign in to your account on wrat.org.  You can then access “Members Search” under the Team Tools tab on the side menu on the left.

How to check your jobs/volunteer points on TU

Sign into your account on wrat.org.  

  1. Click My Account on the side menu on the left. 
  2. Click Invoices and Payments and within Invoices and Payments
  3. Click the Service Hours tab, which will show what jobs you have worked and the points you have earned for the year.

How to see your swimmer’s meet results or historical times on TU

Sign in to your account on wrat.org.

  1. Click on My Account on the side menu on the left
  2. Click Account Info
  3. Click Member
  4. Click the member name you wish to view
  5. Click the Meet Results or Best Times tab depending on what you are looking for

How to make a payment

Sign in to your account on wrat.org.

  1. Click on My Account on the side menu on the left
  2. Click Invoices and Payments
  3. Select the Make a Payment Tab and follow the instructions to make a payment and click save

How to use Auto Pay

Sign in to your account on wrat.org

  1. Click on My Account on the side menu on the left
  2. Click on Set Up Autopay on the drop down menu
  3. Click Add Credit Card
  4. Fill in the credit card and account information.  The “Copy from your account” button speeds up the process.
  5. When finish, click save.

If you need to update the credit card information because the current card on file has expired or for some other reason, you may not be able to delete the old card after adding a new card.  Just contact the Team Administrator and let the admin know the last four of the old card and the admin will delete it.
