Red Cross Lifeguard Training Course

The American Red Cross Lifeguard Training is a 25-hour course that provides participants with the knowledge, skills and training to become a lifeguard. Participants must be 15 years of age on or before the final scheduled session of the course. This course will be a blended learning course with a portion online and a mandatory in-person skills session on April 18th at Castle High School from 8-3pm and April 19th  8-3pm.  We must have 8 people signed up to have the class.  We will cancel by March 15th if we do not have enough participants.  Max of 10 people.  You must be 15 or older and be able to swim a 300, tread water, and go into deep water.  The cost of the class is $200 which includes a pocket mask. 
 
  A link which will contain access to the online course will be sent to you on March 15th. The online portion must be finished by April 15th.  Print out your completion certificate and bring to class with you.  After completing skills session and online portion, you must pass the 2 exams with an 80% or better and pass skills test in order to be certified.
