Volunteer Hours - SISC and Divisionals

Good afternoon all,

As our championship meets draw closer, I would like to make sure that everyone understands the volunteer hour policy for the remaining meets.  We have received a few questions from you all that I would like to clarify now.

1.) The SISC Championship meet falls under the 30 hours per season category.  It should be seen as a normal hosted meet and will be the last opportunity for families to get all of their volunteer hours in for the season.

2.) Divisionals is a state-wide championship meet.  Because of this, we require that all families work AT LEAST 3 sessions for the meet (excluding food preparation).  In order for the meet to run smoothly, we will need to make sure that every job is filled and each person knows what they are doing in that position.

3.) Families are allowed 1 food preparation session at Divisionals.  In the event that we need more, we will let you know.  This should give everyone the opportunity to work another job during the meet.

If you have any questions, please let me know.  I would be more than happy to help clarify anything else.

We really appreciate all of the work that our parents do at meets.  You are the backbone of the club and we could not be more thankful for all of you!

Regards,

Kyle Johnson
