Welcome to the Wichita Swim Club Electronic Registration platform for our upcoming swim season! We are pleased to offer Electronic Registration & Payment Processing.  The process is simple for both new and returning members. You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you to easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for jobs, see your children's swim times histories, maintain your own contact information, and more.

NEW DEBIT/CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE

Starting this year WSC will no longer be covering the debit/credit card processing fees. There will now be a processing fee applied to all debit/credit card transactions. The processing fee will be $.30 per transaction plus 2.95% of the transaction amount. To avoid this processing fee, you may pay by check or ACH bank withdrawal (only for monthly payments, ACH will not work for registration payment). 

Please Note:  If you have ever had a swimmer on the Team you already have an account, PLEASE do not create a new account.  On the next screen you will click on: I have an account but am not logged in.  If you do not remember the email address you used previously please call the office @ 316-683-1491 & we will reset it.  You can change it to a different email address later if you need to.  

Since you are registering after the 1st of the month, your account will be charged for that month's tuition during the Registration process.  If you are eligible for a multi-swimmer discount it will be manually applied during the Registration Approval step.
