The North Dakota Swimming Board of Directors has elected on June 28th, 2020: To allow sanctioning for intersquad swimming meets for July 2020 with the sanctioning request forms found on ndswimming.org, and the adherance to the return to competition plan per USA Swimming, and any guidelines designated by specific facilities and the North Dakota Department of Health.

USA Swimming Return to Competition Plan Last month, USA Swimming introduced the concept of a crawl, walk, race approach to our return to competition.
