Code of Regulations ("Bylaws")

Code of Regulations (aka 'bylaws') is the primary governance document for Ohio Swimming.  They define the organization, its membership and the rights of the members within the organization.  The Code of Regulations are voted on by the Ohio Swimming membership and can be changed by a 2/3 majority of the membership present at a House of Delegates (HOD) meeting.  Any changes (amendments) to the Code of Regulations do not take effect until approved by the USA Swimming Rules & Regulations Committee.  USA Swimming required changed shall be effective on the date established in the amending USA Swimming legislation.
