INTERESTED IN STARTING A NEW CLUB?

All new club applications must be submitted online through an individual member’s USA Swimming account.

If you are interested in starting a new club, you must contact Trish Grant, Ozark Registrar for instructions on beginning the application process.

Once Registrar has confirmed membership for the individual and club name and code, the application will be made available on the individual's account via USA Swimming.

Once the application has been submitted the Registrar will view the applicatoin and approve. Finally, USA Swimming will approve the application.

Note:

  • Before an application can be released, the club leader applying the club must be a current USA Swimming Member in Good Standing.
  • New Club requirements have remained the same during this transition.
  • Before an application can be submitted, all club staff and leaders must be current members in Good Standing. The application will not submit if a member is not in Good Standing or if a required role has been left blank.
  • If you are a club that is changing structure, you may need to apply as a new club rather than renewing your club's membership.
