  5. Hosted Florida Swimming age group champs this summer, along with several other age group and senior meets… great support system from families; huge demand from the LSC to want to be a part of events here.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who can lead our program from bottom to top; working with swimmers and families, working with and developing our staff, and helping this program and all of the excitement we have around here to continue to grow.

Proven success with all aspects of operating a club team, understanding what goes into billing, entries, communications, and the “nuts and bolts” of what makes a club run.  We have a great support staff, but our head coach has to have the “know how” on how to establish and refine processes when needed.  This is a new program, and we are off to a great start, but there will be work to be done as we continue to mature.

Proven competitive success, developing athletes to the Junior/Senior National level and beyond.

Lots of plusses for “competitive greatness”… Florida has a fall HS Season (state meets are first two weekends in November); swimmers mostly practice with the club, and just attend HS meets (some attend one HS practice per week); World-Class facility with the ability to set a meet schedule around the goals of the club, which will attract local and regional teams to want to “come here”; and we sleep in our own beds at night.

The ability able to communicate and sell your vision to Families, Swimmers, Staff, Volunteers and the Community.

Our facility is part of a master planned community (Calesa Township), with 5,000 family homes where kids can bike to the pool… 500 homes will be completed in the next year, with 5,000 completed in the next 5-6 years.

Job posting is online on SwimSwam; you can send resumes/cover letters to Nina (email address in the post): https://swimswam.com/jobs/head-swim-coach/
