Upcoming Clinics

Thank you for your interest.

The first step in becoming an official is to take a clinic.

If you are interested in the "wet side", you start by taking a Stroke and Turn Official clinic. If you are intersted in the "dry side", you start by taking an Administrative Official clinic.

All steps after the initical clinic are outlined below in "Final Steps: Becoming a Stroke/Turn Official" and "Final Steps: Becoming an Administrative Official". Once you have been certified as Stroke and Turn Official, you can proceed to become a Starter and evenutally a Referee and/or add the certification as Administrative Official. Currently, all clinics are offered online.

Please go to the Events tab of the Wisconsin Swimming website to find clinics that are currently offered. All officials clinics that are currently offered, are listed there by date. The description indicates what kind of officials clinic is currently offered.
