WITHDRAWAL

•  Withdrawal forms are available at http://www.daca.org (under Competitive then click Withdrawal on the DACA website)
• Electronic submission is preferred (from our website) but may be faxed or mailed
• Withdrawal forms must be received no later than the 21st of the month to avoid being charged for the following month
• Remember, your space will not be held
• Medical withdrawals with medical verification are considered leaves of absence and, within reason, a space will be held for you child’s return (a child on medical leave will have their US Registration renewed for the coming year if on leave in December)
