Athlete Applications due in the NJ Swim Office on/before 5:00pm WED March 15, 2023

Who: 5 male and 5 female athletes from each LSC.  The ideal applicant would have a minimum
of 1 Winter 2022 Junior Championship qualifying time. All swimmers may apply, noting
that preference  will go to applicants with the faster times.

What: Each LSC will select 10 athletes to the Tri-State OTC Camp. Swimmers will be expected
to  be able to train up to  2, 2-hour LCM sessions per day.  Staff will consist of 2 coaches from
each LSC  to work with the swimmers in a competitive environment. The camp’s focus is to
bring our athletes  together for a positive training experience at altitude.

Cost: each swimmer will be charged $175.

Travel:  Planned so that each LSC’s participants will arrive in Colorado around that same time
on Thursday and depart on Sunday around the same time.

Each athlete will receive a camp shirt and swim cap. All meals will be provided at the OTC
on campus. Please indicate any food allergies.

Swimmers may want to bring souvenir money to visit the gift shop and any for food at the
airports while traveling. Swimmers will need training equipment and workout clothes. It is strongly
suggested that swimmers bring any schoolwork they may need to work on while at the OTC.
