We’re excited to see everyone for our 2020 Long Course season!

Practices will be held at the Ransom Oaks Community Pool, which is located on Greenwood Dr., off New Rd. in East Amherst. (The exact location can be found on the map.) Practices at this location are included with your Long Course tuition and will run from Monday, July 6 to Friday, Sept. 4. (See below for group practice times and days.)

All swimmers should arrive 15 minutes before the start of their practice session so their group can be screened before entering the pool.

If you would like to volunteer to help organize and screen swimmers, please enter your information into this sign-up form. We really appreciate the help!

To Be Completed Before Your First Practice

Before getting in the water, each swimmer is required to register online (unless they are already registered as annual members). You and each of your swimmers must also initial, complete and turn in this waiver.

If your swimmer did not participate in Short Course season, you must also complete and hand in this Athlete Registration Form to Coach Tom.

For any swimmer who did participate in Short Course season, please be sure to answer “Yes” to the Additional Fee/Discount Question, “Did your swimmer participate in this past Short Course season (with any USA team)?” If your swimmer did not, there will be a charge of $83 to cover their USA Swimming registration, which is valid until the end of next year (this is required of all USA teams).

(To apply for confidential financial assistance, complete this USA Swimming Athlete Outreach Application and deliver it to Coach Tom.)
