Transfers - To transfer any membership (athlete or non-athlete) please email admin@niagaraswim.org or registrar@niagaraswim.org. Please include name, ID, and the clubs involved (both transfering from and to).

The following items need to be submitted to the Niagara Office (admin@niagaraswim.org or registrar@niagaraswim.org):

  • Your valid CPR certification
  • Your valid Lifeguarding or In-Water Skills Checklist
  • Your STSC Online certificate

The remaining items which include the Background Check, APT, and Foundations of Coaching will automatically match to your record assuming the information entered matches in both places. To insure that items have been matched, you should be looking at your Deck Pass, Deck Pass App, or the Membership Status report (found under the governance tab). If there are items missing, you should contact your club registrar and the Niagara Office to help sort out what's wrong.
