WELCOME TO THE HOME OF FAST SWIMMING

The FAST Swim Team is a premium competitive swimming program which provides high-quality teaching, coaching, and support for athletes of all ages.  We guide swimmers to success at every stage of development -- from their first full length of the pool to the highest levels of the sport.

Our program is structured around the concepts of skill aquisition in the pre-teen years and competitive performance in the adolescent years.  This healthy, long-term approach creates a positive and successful progression for our swimmers.

FAST coaches believe the challenges of consistent training and targeted racing opportunities develop character traits and personal skills which serve our athletes in all areas of their lives.

Contact Coach Lauren Morford ([email protected]) to schedule a tryout and start swimming FAST!
