How To Sign Up For Meets And Travel Meet Policies

How to sign up for swim meets:

You can do this right from your OnDeck app or by signing into your account through the team website.

Once logged in, go to events/meets and you will see a list of the swim meets the team will attending.

  • For each meet you will need to click the attend/decline button. This will allow you to commit or not commit your child to the meet.

(If you have more than one child swimming you will see them listed on this page.)

*Please RSVP even if you are NOT attending. This lets us know you did not forget and that you really will not be there.

** ONLY SWIMMERS COMMITTED WILL BE ENTERED

** Please take note of registration deadlines

  • Some meets will only allow you to accept or decline. Others will allow you to pick events. If you do not pick events, they will be picked for you.
  • Events chosen by a swimmer/parent will still need to be approved by a coach
  • Meet fees will be applied to your account once the coaches have input the entries. Once you ave been invoiced, fees must be paid prior to the start of the meet, regardless of meet attendance (please see Tsunamis Fee Schedule for more details).

Travel Meets:

Sometimes, we may have to travel for a meet. This may involve staying overnight due to distance from home to the host pool and length of meet.

Travel can be done as team travel or as individual family travel pending actual swim meet specifics.

All travel fees are to be paid in full before traveling.

Swimmers of ages 18 and younger may NOT drive themselves to travel meets.

ALL swimmers must have a signed code of conduct on file before traveling.

ALL swimmers must have a signed travel policy on file before traveling.
