We teach skills that prevent drowning, the top cause of unintentional death for children between ages 1-14.

Swimming is a low-impact, high-intensity sport that builds cardiovascular and muscular fitness and can be pursued for life.

Coaches provide training in and out of the water to ensure the well-rounded physical and emotional development of each athlete.

Our swimmers train with headsets, allowing for immediate feedback and one-on-one interaction.

We offer a total team experience. The best way to develop individual skills is within a vibrant, fun team culture. Our swimmers can take advantage of team training trips, team-bonding outings and joint travel to meets to help build lifelong friendships. 

Many of our swimmers will have the opportunity to continue their participation at top colleges around the nation.
