Fort Lauderdale Campus
* More advanced groups that continue stroke and technique development along with fitness development.
* Swimmers are encouraged to attend meets.
* Group assignments are made based on experience and ability.
* School Year Schedule: Monday to Friday
-White Group from 4:00pm to 5:30pm with an additional 30 minutes of dryland on Tuesday and Thursday, as well as Saturday from 8:00 to 10:00am
-Green I Group from 4:00pm to 5:30pm plus Saturday from 8:30am to 10:00am. Extra technique on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30pm to 6:00pm.
-Green II Group from 4:00pm to 6:00pm plus Saturday from 8:00am to 10:30am. Monday/Wednesday/Friday morning practice is also offered from 5:30 am to 7:30am
Cost: $115 (Pre Comp) $125 (White), $135 (Green I), $145 (Green II) per month plus $180 in annual registration fees.

White Group: Monday through Thursday- 3:45-4:45pm
Green I Group: Monday through Friday- 5:00pm to 6:30pm & Saturday- 8-10am
Green II Group: Monday through Thursday from 5:00pm to 7:00pm, Friday- 4:30-6:30pm, Tuesday & Thursday- 5:30-7am, and Saturday- 8-10am
