FLA KING AND QUEEN OF THE HILL This weekend marked the second competition of the short course season for Heritage Aquatic Team. The young koi fish recorded 64 personal best times, 17 new Junior Olympic qualifying performances and 1 team record in the women's 11-12 50 yard freestyle. Tip of the hat to the athletes and parents on a really fun and successful weekend. Your coaches look forward to seeing you compete next month at the Gulliver Fall Open.

Sunrise Pre-JO Developmental-September 13-14-Sunrise Civic Center Heritage Aquatic Team blazed to a sizzling hot start of the 2014-2015 short course campaign. The young koi fish tallied sixty-two personal best times out of a possible sixty-six races. Andrew Forman, Jayden Scarlett, Domenico McPhillips and Amari Porter combined for nine Junior Olympic qualifying times over the weekend. Special kudos to Jewel Kyaw, Sabrina Eichelbaum-Trevisi, Gianna Palacio-Stiegele, Daniel Watson and Owen Williams for making their highly anticipated HAT debuts....

2014 J.O.'s Heritage Aquatic Team was back at it again this weekend dueling with the best Age Group Swimming south Florida has to offer. The temperature was hot with a heat index of 105 degrees, and that was almost on the same level as the athletes representing the pink and black. We raced hard, cheered loudly and laughed heartily. Personal best times were plentiful, and many lasting memories made. A special shout out goes to "Super-Gabby" Banks for her Sectional qualifying time in the 200 Meter breaststroke. Hats off from...

Division 2 Championships Heritage Aquatic Team braved the inclement weather and stiff competition this weekend at the Area 2 Development Championships, and came out the other side better for it. The Heritage athletes brought honor to themselves, their families and the Team. Despite entering the fewest number of swimmers, we still managed to be the loudest and most supportive squad on the pool deck. Congratulations for racking up 28 personal bests, 9 Junior Olympic qualifying times and 10 medals....

Congratulations to Gabi Banks, Chloe Grabow, Jade Grabow, Thea Mckenna, Molly Weidner, Luis Cortez, Charles Burnette and Jayden Scarlett for great swims at Junior Olympic at Plantation Central Park. In spite of bad weather, swimmers did great job and had many personal best times. Thea Mckenna won all of her breaststroke events (50, 100 and 200) and came in 5th for individual point standing in 11-12 girls. Gabi Banks had two 2nd place finish in breaststroke (50 and 100) and placed 9th individual point standing in 10 & Under girls...

Congratulation to Sebastian Oberndorfer for coming 1st in Solo (12.5 miles) swim for age group 18 - 24 and he posted 3rd fastest time at meet. Luis Oberndorfer, Nick Oberndorfer, Katana Sato, Coach Carole Tan, and Coach Isabelle Bouthillier swam 5 person rtelay and came in 2nd. Lohna Erickson, Sarah Frickson, Margie Jordan and Christopher Jordan of family relay was 1st in 4 person with fins category. Weather was good and had great time. Great job everyone!!

Congratulation to all the swimmers at Michael Lohberg Invitational at Coral Springs last weekend. We had great swims out of everyone who participated. Gabi Banks, Thea Mckenna and Luis Cortes won several events in their categories. Isabella Taylor came second just behind Gabi. Great swims everyone!! Also, Coach Carroll was great at meet. Way to Go HAT!!
