As the leader in swimming excellence in South Florida, The Metro Aquatic Club of Miami has been delivering the highest level of performance for over 25 years. Our mission remains the same - to provide children across South Florida with the best training system that will give them the journey and best opportunity to swim in High school, college and at the national level - by teaching discipline, self-appreciation, and a "Will" to succeed like no other sport.

What We Do:

The way our groups are divided – MAC’s system of success promotes all athletes to progress at their own rate of development. Because we offer such a diverse training environment we can take any individual and give everyone what they need at the time they need it. Our age group program focuses on technique and fun! At our intermediate level we start adding race strategy and more of a well rounded appreciation for the sport. In our Senior and National levels, athletes will be involved with National meets such as Grand Prix, Senior and Junior Nationals. In 2008, Chinyere Pigot participated in the Bejing Olympics at the age of 15!

Why We Do It::

Swimming is fun!! Head coach Kirk Pepas has been at the helm of our team and a leader in Florida Gold Coast swimming for nearly 30 years. His passion has lead him to find some of the top coaches in our LSC. Each one of these coaches brings with them the highest level of success and passion for our sport. All sports serve a greater purpose in developing our youth and swimming has to be at the top of the list. When training gets hard – we motivate, when competition gets tough – we find ways to win, and when success comes knocking at our door, we answer.
