Caeleb Dressel Named High School Swimmer of the Year August 16, 2014 It is with great honor to announce that Caeleb Dressel has been named Swimming World Male High School Swimmer of the Year. While representing Clay High School his senior year, he earned 2 National High School Records, 2 Florida State Records, 4 State Titles and a Team Runner up finish. Twelve Sharks attended the Area 1-4 Championships in Tallahassee on August 2-3. All came home with positive outcomes. Event winners included Brandon Burkett in the Open 400 IM, Jacob Porter in the 15-18 400 IM, and Kate WIlkerson in the Open 200 and 500 free, and 200 back. Additional athletes placing in the top 8 included Gentian Fairman, Roxanne Lamarre, Ryan McMahon, Brooke Shon, Peyton Skoglund, Madison Ward, and Lauren Wetherell. Other athletes earning best times included Adrianna Negron and Lily Wetherell. Well done, swimmers. We are proud of you.

2014 TYR JAX50 Results April 28, 2014 The 5th Annual TYR JAX50 "splash and dash" ended with many fast and furious times, but more importantly with a life time of memories for the swimmers, coaches and parents to cherish. Matt Biondi Speaks to USA National Junior Team April 15, 2014 During the USA Swimming National Junior Team Camp, the camp had a special guest Olympic speaker by the name of Matt Biondi. He is considered to be one of the most legendary swimmers of all time. He captured 8 Olympic Gold Medals over a span of 3 Olympic Games (1984, 1988 and 1992). 5th Place at the Florida Swimming Open Water Championships 4/14/2014 Results Over this beautiful sunny weekend, the Florida Swimming Open Water Championships were held at The Miromar Golf and Beach Club in Miromar Lakes, Florida (April 12-13, 2014). The annual Mako-Tiger Egg Hunt is this Saturday, April 12 following practice (11:15-ish). Parents, we are looking for donations of 1 dozen plastic eggs filled with candy. Please deliver to Ms. Robin.
