We offer the finest in aquatic instruction and training available anywhere. We have a variety of programming offered in both our 25 yard and 50 meter pools. Our small, shallow water teaching pool is being repaired and will be online Spring 2023. It is perfect for newer swimmers. All of the pools are outdoor so air quality is never an issue and all of our pools are heated to ensure year round comfortable swimming.

50 METER LONG COURSE POOL - can handle programs through training at the international level. During short course season, the pool is divided into 16 lanes short course meters. It also has a dedicated lesson area for shallow water instruction.

25 YARD POOL - We also offer instruction and training in the 10 lane 25 yard Ken Hagan Learn To Swim Community Pool.

SHALLOW WATER TEACHING POOL - is undergoing rehabilitation and we hope to have it open for younger/newer swimmers Spring 2023.

DIVING - We offer 1m and 3m boards for instruction and recreation. We are home to High 5 Blue Wave diving run by Nicole Russell. Please reach out to member services if you are interested in our diving program.
