Recommended Attendance for all groups (times a week):

Bronze - 3-5 workouts, Silver - 4-5 workouts, Gold - 5 workouts

Intermediate 1&2 - 6+ workouts, Advanced - 10 workouts

Morning workouts are our main focus during the summer for Intermediate groups. Evening workouts are there in case you couldn't make it in the morning. Space in the pool will be limited and evening times reserved mainly for Bronze, Silver and Gold swimmers.
