CCC COVID-19 Update : Curfew

Dear Carrollwood Country Club Members,

On Monday, April 13, 2020 the Hillsborough County’s Emergency Policy Group approved additional restrictions in response to COVID-19.  Effective immediately, a county wide curfew is now in place for Hillsborough County.  Everyone must be off the streets and in their home from 9:00pm until 5:00am.  This curfew will only affect Golf Operations hours of operation.  In order to allow our golf department employees time to complete the closing tasks required and travel to their homes safely by 9:00pm, following are the changes we are instituting effective today, Tuesday, April 14, 2020:

Golf Operations Hours of Operation Changes:
   - Opening time will remain the same; first tee time at 7:20am Tuesday through Sunday
   - The Golf Shop will close at 5:30pm to allow for additional help for outside operations closing procedures.
   - The practice range will close at 6:30pm.  This allows for time to pick the range and clean and sanitize the range balls for use the next morning.
   - All carts must be off the golf course and returned to the staging area by 7:30pm.  This allows enough time to pull pins on the golf course, as well as clean, sanitize, park, and charge carts for the next morning.
   - The Men’s Thursday Night Shootout starting time will be changed to 5:00pm due to the number of carts being utilized due to the one cart-one rider rule. This allows play to be completed by approximately 7:00pm and for our personnel to clean, sanitize, park, and charge carts for the next morning.

If you have any questions regarding these changes, please feel free to reach out to any of our CCC Management Team Members.

Thank you in advance for your understanding and assistance as we all navigate through this ever changing and very difficult time in our country.

Sincerely,
Carrollwood Country Club Management
