SPA Finishes 9th at Spring Senior Champs

St. Petersburg Aquatics finished ninth overall in this past weekend's Florida Swimming Spring Senior Championship Meet.  The boys 200 Free Relay added some big points to the score with a first place finish. The relay was manned by Matthew Dieffenthaller, Lukas Cote, Rusty Jerger and Nick Metro.  The boys 200 Medley Relay (Lukas Cote, Christopher Dieffenthaller, Matthew Dieffenthaller and Nick Metro) finished 7th place overall.  Individually Caleb Kravitz added 82 points to the score with 4th place finishes in the 1000 Free and 200 Back, 5th place finishes in the 1650 Free and 400 IM, 6th in the 500 Free and 8th in the 200 Free.  Contributing to the final tally with top sixteen finishes were Joseph Brockman (15th - 500 Free), Benjamin Cote (8th - 1000 Free, 10th - 200 Breast, 9th - 400 IM, 3rd - 1650 Free), Lukas Cote (5th - 200 Free, 12th - 50 Free, 3rd - 100 Back and 200 Back), Christopher Dieffenthaller (2nd - 200 Breast, 14th - 100 Fly, 6th - 200 IM, 12th - 50 Fly, 11th - 200 Fly, 3rd - 100 Breast), Matthew Dieffenthaller (6th - 50 Free, 13th - 50 Fly, 9th - 50 Back, 5th - 100 Free), Sean Doolittle (14th - 200 Fly), Magellan Grant (13th - 50 Back), Rusty Jerger (4th - 100 Fly, 11th - 200 IM, 12th - 100 Back, 4th - 200 Fly, 8th - 100 Free), Gordy Leadbetter (12th - 50 Back, 13th - 200 Back), Nick Metro (14th - 50 Breast, 16th - 100 Free), Misha Muskepo (13th - 50 Back) and Victor Rosado (9th - 50 Fly, 16th - 200 Fly). Contributors from the girls side were Mya Baker (11th - 1650 Free), Abby Berlin (15th - 200 Breast and 50 Breast), Emma Forrister (13th - 100 Breast), Maslin Grant (13th - 50 Back, 16th - 200 Back) and Alana Growe (15th - 1000 Free).  Great job by the entire team!
