FEES AND BILLING

Please see the information below for the financial club year, lasting August 1, 2022 to July 31, 2023

 

  • Monthly fees will be billed in 12 monthly payments (July- June) and are due on the first of the month. Please email thirty days in advance of intent to discontinue membership.
  • There are two yearly registration fees: 
    • $95 USA Swimming membership
    • $150 TPA registration which includes the team suit, t-shirt, latex cap, and car magnet
  • For swim meets, individual entries will be charged per meet to your credit card in your Team Unify Account. All swimmers will also be charged $10 per meet as a meet surcharge. 
  • All swim meets provide hospitality to coaches, officials, and meet volunteers. When TPA is hosting a meet, your account will be charged a $15 hospitality fee. 
  • Since hosting a meet is very labor-intensive, all members of TPA are asked to work at least two sessions of every hosted meet. For those families who choose not to work the meets, their escrow account will be charged $50 per session. We understand that some people may be out of town or otherwise unavailable. In that case, you can work extra sessions at another meet to fulfill your obligation. Please notify Coach Anne Marie of these circumstances.

 

 

Below are the monthly fees for each of the year-round groups for the 2022-2023 seasons: 

Senior Group: $225

Junior Group: $190

Saints Group: $165

Silver Group: 

Gold Group: $145

Blue Group: $130
