Junior group focuses on preparing the swimmers for the Senior group. Training focuses on development, strength, and technique. Athletes are encouraged to dedicate themselves to the sport at the Junior group level, as swimmers can make large drops during this age. Members of junior group range in age from 11 to 18. 


Junior group practices from 3:30pm to 5:00pm or 5:30pm to 7:00pm Monday to Friday and 9:00am to 11:00am Saturday mornings.
