Vanguard’s Milbrandt swims stellar season

When Sarah Milbrandt looks back on her swimming career at Vanguard, she does so with only one regret.

“I’ve only been a high school swimmer for two years,” Milbrandt said. “I didn’t want to take too much time away from training when I was in the ninth and 10th grade. But I wish I had joined (the Knights) sooner.

“I really enjoyed the team experience.”
