Developmental Group:

Full-year round program to enhance the basic foundations taught in Recreational Group. Development of all four strokes with emphasis on legal and technical aspects of the four strokes. Introduction to basic elements of racing. Learn to develop training skills through sets and intervals designed for performance-related competition. Advancement to Competitive Groups requires the achievement of standard times set by USA MOTIVATIONAL TIME STANDARDS for various age groups. Age Group ranges from 7-12 for AG1 and 13-16 for AG2 or as approved by Coach. AAU Registration required. Results are attendance driven. However, all activities are encouraged and should work in conjunction with this Group.
