The Flagler Fluid Swim Team offers training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels. It is the goal of the Flagler Fluid Swim Team to offer age specific training for all of our swimmer invested towards challenging each individual and developing each individual to the best of THEIR abilities.

Bronze Team

This is our entry level competitive group. A swimmer must be able to swim to enter this group, or have had swim lessons prior. We focus on introduction of building all 4 strokes, starts and turns, and pace clock education. We will emphasize fun and sportsmanship.

Silver Team

From the Bronze group, swimmers move into this group. Swimmers in this group focus mainly on refining all 4 competitive strokes legally, as well as, start and turn techniques. These swimmers will be independent with pace clock understanding with and emphasis on teamwork and sportsmanship.

Gold Team

From the Silver group, swimmers move into this group. Swimmers in this group will have completed the Silver Group move-up skills list. This group is exposed to training while preparing for the more endurance events and progressing towards championship levels time standards. This level requires both swimmer and parent commitment of performance both in the pool and out.

Senior Team

Swimmers entering the Senior group must display a strong desire to perform at the highest level of competitive swimming. (Senior Champs, Futures, Sectionals, Jr Nationals, Nationals) Training is geared towards individual talents, although a strong aerobic endurance factor is present. Swimmers will learn how to set goals and achieve them. Parent and swimmer education will be provided and both swimmer and parent commitment of performance both in the pool and out. 

High Performance Group Coach: Reid Lewis/Carrie Purdy


A supplemental option for High School Swimmers with less competitive and commitment focus. Maintaining physical conditioning and improving stroke techniques. 


Geared towards Competitive Swimming, Tri-Athletes, and general fitness. We will be focusing on physical conditioning and proper techniques to assist with your own goals and achievements needed.
