Senior Performance Team Description (Coach Don)

  • This group is for all high school, college, and age group swimmers age 13 and up that compete in local meets to top level state meets and national meets.
  • Workouts are 6 days per week for 2 hours on Monday through Friday and Saturday mornings.
  • Weekday mornings are also available as well as dry land strength training.
  • Workout attendance required 5 workouts per week minimum.
  • Kickboard, Strokemaker paddles, pullbouy, drag suit, and fins required.
