SUMMER 2022 TIGERSHARKS

Description:

Columbus's premier instructional swimming program! Hands on introduction into competitive swimming. Certified instructors work with swimmers both in and out of the water developing the fundamental skills in all four competitive strokes (butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke and freestyle or crawl). No prior swimming experience is required. Swimmers will be broken up into groups based on age and ability levels. Our goal is to teach your child to be safe in the water as well as give them the necessary fundamental skills required to enter into a competitive swimming program. Swimming instruction tends to be rather boring, tedious and repetitive for the kids, so we will often play some fun swimming games at the end of each session. We find that the swimmers find these games fun and exciting and look forward to these games each day. Many swimmers end up matriculating and continuing to be apart of our greater Columbus Aquatic Club Hurricanes year-round swimming program after the completion of Tigersharks. Many of the best age group and senior swimmers in the greater Columbus area started with our Tigersharks program. 

2 SESSIONS – 4 weeks long each session 

SESSION 1 - 5/30/2023 – 6/22/2023 (No Session on 5/29/2023)

SESSION 2 – 6/26/2023 – 7/20/2023 (No session on 4/3/2023 & 4/4/2023 -Makeup session on Friday 6/30/2023)
