US-Aquatics Club (USAC) is a member of USA Swimming through our Local Swim Committee (LSC), Georgia Swimming.   Georgia Swimming LCS organizes, supports, and governs over 2,800 swim clubs in Georgia for USA Swimming.  USA Swimming sanctioned swim meets are scheduled and managed through the LCS.    To find out more about the Georgia LSC, please visit www.gaswim.org.

USAC is committed to providing opportunities for swimmers of all skill levels to achieve their best potential.   USAC provides opportunities for swimmers to develop from beginner levels to championship or national levels of competitive swimming.  Our programs focus on stroke and technical development, and on coordination and endurance training.    

The USAC competitive team trains 12 months a year with 15 days off in May and in August, respectively.  The team competes throughout the year in US Swimming sanctioned long and short course swim meets.  The competitive year consist of two seasons as defined below.

Short Course Season:

  • Swimmers compete in 25 meter or yard pools
  • Season starts in September
  • State  and National competitions start in December

Long Course Season:

  • Swimmers compete in 50 meter pools
  • Season starts in March
  • State and national competitions start in late June
