Becoming a member of the Warner Robins Aquanaut Swim Team means fun, fitness, and teamwork. It also means a financial obligation to pay your monthly dues and other charges in a timely manner. The following outlines what you can expect to pay as a member of the team.
NEW SWIMMER REGISTRATION FEE: This is a non-recurring, per-member $50 initial registration fee, charged during registration, and includes one team cap. If a swimmer leaves the team and returns within 12 months, the re-registration fee will be reduced to $25 (no cap).
STREAMLINED MONTHLY DUES: Monthly dues as of September 1, 2022* are as follows: Blue 1 & Blue 2 - $75; Bronze - $85; Silver - $90; Gold - $100; Platinum - $110. Dues are invoiced on or around the 23rd of each month, along with any meet entry fees, and are paid by electronic check, debit card or credit card on the 1st of each month. *Dues amounts are increased by $2.50/month, on September 1st of each year.
- A discount will be given in the amount of $14 off for a second swimmer, $24 off for a third swimmer, and $34 off for additional swimmers after three. The discount applies to dues only.
FUNDRAISING: Our fundraising campaign requires each family to generate $150.00 minimum per family each year; November 1st – October 30th. Member families have the opportunity to choose the annual Partnership Campaign and/or the Annual Swim-A-Thon to meet the fundraiser contribution requirements. Both options are designed to provide swim families the opportunity to acquire monies from outside their personal household budget. On November 1st, those families that have not met the $150.00 minimum will be charged accordingly, through our TeamUnify accounting software. Detailed information on fundraising events is communicated throughout the year. This $150 minimum per family is key to assisting WRA in meeting operational expenses and prepare for unexpected shortfalls without raising monthly swim activity fees on an individual swimmer basis.
Member families can choose a non-fundraising dues option, which allows the fundraising commitment to be met by paying an additional $12.50 in dues each month instead of participating in the fundraising opportunities.
