U.S. Masters Swimming

We are very flexible masters swim program with a coached workout currently one day a week for swimmers of all levels, so no matter your ability you will fit in. We have swimmers who have never really swam before to members who swam in age groups when they were younger. We do swim drills to help everyone better their strokes, regardless of ability. We have a few USMS competitive swimmers as well as triathletes but most of us swim for fun and fitness. If you don’t want to partake in the coached workout, we have lap swimming available Monday through Friday. Our goal is to get you in the pool.

Coached Workout Schedule
Time: 5:00PM to 6:00PM. (6:00-7.00PM from Jan-30-2023)
Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Location: Christopher High School

Lap Swimming
Time: 5:00PM to 7:00PM. (6:00-8.00PM from Jan-30-2023)
Days: Monday through Friday
Location: Christopher High School


US Masters Swimming (USMS) Registration

If you are interested in joining, you must first register with U.S. Masters Swimming (click here), then click on Join USMS or Renew Your Membership. When registering to be sure to select "Pacific" as the Local Masters Swimming Committee (LMSC) and name GGMS as your affiliate club. 

This annual membership fee of $60.00 will be valid thru 12/31/2021. You must be a registered USMS swimmer to swim with the group. If you are already USMS registered, but not attached to GGMS, we just need to see proof of registration.

Gilroy Gators Registration

GGMS dues are $55.00 a month (effective 01/09/2022). We require a signed Financial Agreement and Medical Form click here to get to the forms. We will allow a one week ‘trial period’ for anyone uncertain about making a full month commitment. Once registered with Gilroy Gators and you are in the system you will be able to provide your monthly payment details.
