Parents, to ensure the meet runs smoothly and finishes on time, please write your child's first and last name on their arm or shoulder. We also recommend writing your child's event, heat, and lane on their arm to assist the ready bench volunteers. Heat sheets will be uploaded to the website the week of the meet and a QR code will be taped on the hallways of Cy-Ranch.

Reminder to Families:

• Indoor/Air Conditioned setup will be available in the High School Hallways and Cafeteria.
• There is no set up allowed in spectator stands in the natatorium.
• The spectator stands are for viewing only.
• No coolers or blankets allowed in spectator stands.
• No swimmers allowed in spectator stands.

For anyone not entered by their team by the registration deadline, we will take a limited number of on-deck/late entries each day to fill empty lanes in existing heats on first come first serve basis. You MUST have a report with your best times run from Swimtopia system to enter on-deck. See meet announcement (page 5) for additional details.
