TeamUnify Douglas County Stingrays Thanksgiving Practice Week Schedule Reminder DCS will practice this Thanksgiving week on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday per the schedule. The pool is closed for the holiday on Thursday and Friday, 11/22 and 11/23. Saturday practices will resume as scheduled on Saturday, November 24th. Enjoy a safe and restful holiday!

Mandatory DCS parents meeting of Novice and Pre-Age group swimmers on Wednesday, OCTOBER 3rd, will include USA Swimming mandated Safe Sport presentation, team info from Board of Directors and Coaching Staff, and season outlook. ALL questions can be asked and answered here! Meeting time: 5:30pm to 7:30 pm Meeting place: BWAC Pizza will be served to all swimmers and parents following the session!

Just a reminder: No practice on Monday, September 3rd. The DCS 2018-19 Short Course season begins officially on Tuesday, September 4th. Morning practice (5AM) will be held for Senior/Elite Team, Masters, and Age Group swimmers with coach's approval. As the weather begins to cool, please continue to remember to bring water bottles for both dryland and pool workouts. Hydration is key! Also, it's still buggy out there. Bring OFF / bug repellant to protect from mosquitos and other pests. Be safe this Labor Day weekend and enjoy the holiday.

 DCS August 2018 Newsletter Long Course Ends with great swims ..,,MORE TO COME The 2018 Long Course season ended with great swims as 16 swimmers represented DCS at the Age Group and Senior State Championships at Georgia Tech and the University of Georgia, respectively, on July 20-22 and July 27-29. Individual qualifiers and relay swimmers raced exceptionally well, achieving many personal best times. We are so proud of our State Team!
