Home School Green This training group is designed to introduce young homeschooled athletes to the sport of swimming while allowing maximum opportunity to participate in other activities. We emphasize teaching the fundamentals of the four competitive strokes by means of drills and games designed to make swimming fun. Swimmers in this group will compete in some meets, particularly inter-squad and Dynamo hosted events. Swimmers in this level are generally age 7-9 years of age.

Home School Gold This training group is designed to introduce homeschooled athletes to year-round competitive swimming. The group is based on stroke instruction and progressing to competitive training. Dryland training is a very important aspect of the group to aid in overall athletic development. Swimmers in this level are generally age 10- 14 years of age.

Age Group 3 Green This training group is the first of our progressive age group levels. There will continue to be a large emphasis on proper stroke technique, as well as healthy dosage of kicking. Basic interval training will be introduced. On dryland, the athletes will explore movement in all planes and direction. Athletes will compete primarily in Dynamo hosted events. Swimmers in this level are generally age 9- 11 years of age.

Age Group 3 Gold While very similar to Age Group 3 Green, this group is for more advanced athletes. There will continue to be a large emphasis on proper stroke technique, as well as healthy dosage of kicking. Basic interval training will be introduced. On dryland, the athletes will explore movement in all planes and direction. Athletes will compete in local Georgia Swimming events, as well as Dynamo hosted events. Swimmers in this level are generally age 9-11 years of age.

Age Group 2 Green This is a transitional group where swimmers move from primarily emphasizing stroke instruction to valuing competitive training. Dryland training becomes a means of building strength and coordination. Athletes will compete in local Georgia Swimming events, as well as Dynamo hosted events. Swimmers in this level are generally age 11- 13 years of age.

Age Group 2 Gold This group is designed to introduce athletes to advanced training techniques while refining the competitive strokes. Dryland training becomes a means of building strength and coordination. Athletes will compete in local Georgia Swimming events, Dynamo hosted events, and a limited number of travel meets. Swimmers in this level are generally age 11-13 years of age.

Age Group 1 Green This is a transitional group where swimmers move from primarily emphasizing stroke instruction to valuing competitive training. The group will focus on stroke refinement, aerobic training, and strength building. Athletes will compete in local Georgia Swimming events, as well as Dynamo hosted events. Swimmers in this level are generally age 11-13 years of age.

Age Group 1 Gold This training group is for committed and motivated young swimmers and emphasizes serious training in preparation for elite levels of swimming. The group will focus on stroke refinement, aerobic training, and strength building. Athletes will compete in local Georgia Swimming events, Dynamo hosted events, and a limited number of travel meets. Swimmers in this level are generally age 12-14 years of age.

Senior 3 Green This training group provides an opportunity for high school swimmers to develop and improve skills and fitness levels necessary to train and compete. The opportunity to progress to higher groups exists for those swimmers willing to put in the necessary time and commitment. Athletes will compete in local Georgia Swimming events and Dynamo hosted events.

Senior 3 Gold This training group is designed for high school swimmers who are experienced and proficient, qualify for the Georgia LSC Championships, and are working towards the USA Swimming Sectional level. Coaching equally emphasizes conditioning and fundamentals offering the determined swimmer an excellent opportunity to improve rapidly. Athletes will compete in local Georgia Swimming events, Dynamo hosted events, and a limited number of travel meets.

Senior 2 This training group is designed for high school swimmers who are experienced and proficient, qualify for the Georgia LSC Championships, USA Swimming Sectionals, and are working towards the Futures Championship level and beyond. Coaching equally emphasizes conditioning and fundamentals offering the determined swimmer an excellent opportunity to improve rapidly. Athletes will compete in local Georgia Swimming events, Dynamo hosted events, and an increased number of travel meets.

Senior 1 This training group focuses training and competitive efforts at the national level and qualifying for international level meets.
