The Woodlands is busy trying to plan the return of TAGS for this season March 4-7th. However we are running into some logistical hurdles in planning an event like TAGS during the time of covid and the restrictions it brings. To create the meet in the safest possible way, and meet our facility standards, we need some help from all of you to provide preliminary numbers to take to our facility in order to arrange the meet format, finish the announcement, and get it sanctioned.

I dont need individual entries, just a head count of qualifiers from each club who will likely attend the meet. If there are swimmers qualified who will attend sectionals or another meet instead leave them off. We understand that numbers will change over the next month and we can account for some inflation if we have a base.

Please email me at [email protected] with your estimated numbers.

Thank you!

Open now through Monday, March 18th. Please fill out the form one time for EACH meet your team is interested in hosting. If you want to host 3 meets please fill out the form 3 times. After this date, all bids need to be brought up from the floor for consideration.

For example, if the LSC needs 5 sites for a specific meet, the team will have 5 separate votes to cast for 5 different hosts for that meet. If you have 4 members representing your team, the team will still only have 1 vote for the team unless a member of your team is a voting member of TPC.
