Withdrawal forms are due to the Team Manager by the 25th of the month to avoid being charged group tuition for the subsequent month. You may be billed for the next month if the form is not sent by the 25th.

To withdraw from the team, please complete a Team Withdrawal form and return to [email protected]. The Team Manger will send you a response acknowledging receipt of the form and will forward the form to the Treasurer for processing; the Treasurer will send you a final statement of any charges due.
